The International Diaspora Fair, themed CE3DS (Contribution de l’expertise de la diaspora pour un développement durable du Sénégal)  in english “Contribution of the Diaspora’s Expertise for Sustainable Development in Senegal”, is a unique event that mobilizes the skills and talents of the diaspora to support national development.
